ARRIVAL TIME:

• Arrival is on the Sunday before the course starts between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. - During this period we pick you up for free from the bus or train station in Heidelberg and take you to your accommodation.
• At least 1 week before the flight to Germany: please tell us the date, time and airport of your arrival.
• If your transport is delayed, call us as soon as possible!  (If you arrive after 4 p.m., we have to reorganize, how to give you the keys).
• Students arriving outside of the fixed arrival times must arrange the keys collection with us prior to travel.

TRANSPORTATION from Airport to Heidelberg:

As soon as you have your ticket to Heidelberg, tell us the time and what kind of transport you will take to get to Heidelberg.
