Unterkunft:

  • Das Leben in einer Wohngemeinschaft bedeutet: Rücksicht nehmen!
    • Keine laute Musik/keine Partys nach 22.00 Uhr!
    • Ruhezeiten respektieren (22-8 Uhr und 13-15 Uhr)
  • In den Zimmern und der Wohnung NICHT rauchen!
    • Bitte sorgfältig mit dem Inventar in den Zimmern und der Wohnung umgehen!
    • Putzplan beachten:
      • Jeder Bewohner ist für die Sauberkeit seines Zimmers selbst verantwortlich.
      • An der Zimmertür jedes Bewohners befindet sich ein Putzplan, der pro Woche jedem Bewohner eine bestimmte Aufgabe zuteilt: Das Putzen der Küche, der Gemeinschaftsräume, der Toiletten/Duschen oder die Entsorgung des Mülls (Mülltrennung beachten).
      • Einmal pro Woche wird durch unsere Mitarbeiter überprüft, ob der Putzplan eingehalten worden ist: Wenn alles in Ordnung ist, erhält der Bewohner einen ü, wenn nicht geputzt wurde, ein X.
      • Für jedes X werden 10 € von der Kaution abgezogen. Ab 4 muss der Bewohner das Zimmer bis Ende des Kurses verlassen.
  • Unsere Räume sind ausschließlich für Teilnehmer unserer Deutsch-Intensivkurse reserviert. Wenn Du keinen Kurs besuchst, musst Du das Zimmer verlassen.
  • Untermieter oder Gäste sind nicht erlaubt!
  • Die Miete muss immer einen Monat im Voraus bezahlt werden! Wer die Miete bis Ende der ersten Kurswoche nicht bezahlt hat, verlässt am Ende des Monats das Zimmer!
  • Bei Problemen bitte das Büro informieren: Nur wenn wir Bescheid wissen, können wir auch helfen!

Transport:

  • Unsere Schule ist mit der Straßenbahn Nr. 23, dem Bus Nr. 31 oder der OEG Nr. 5 zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle heißt „Brückenstraße“.
  • Eine Monatskarte kann man für ca. 86,40 € an einem Verkaufsautomaten (an den meisten Haltestellen) oder am Bismarckplatz (ca. 10 min zu Fuß von der Schule entfernt) kaufen: dort ist ein Kiosk mit der Aufschrift „RNV“. Mit dieser Karte kann man dann den ganzen Monat mit allen Straßenbahnen und Bussen in Heidelberg fahren. Einzelfahrkarten kosten 3,00 €.
  • Bitte beachten: Wer keine gültige Karte mit sich führt, muss bei Kontrollen 60€ Strafe zahlen.
  • Wer sich für seinen Aufenthalt ein Fahrrad kaufen oder leihen möchte, kann dies an verschiedenen Stellen in Heidelberg tun:
  • Bitte beachten: Das Abstellen von Fahrrädern ist im Hof des Gebäudes in der Brückenstraße 37 nicht gestattet! Dort abgestellte Fahrräder werden entfernt und gegen 20€ wieder herausgegeben. Fahrräder können aber im Hof unseres Hauptgebäudes und im öffentlichen Raum abgestellt werden.

Unterricht:

  • Die Kurse laufen von Montag bis Freitag von 8.50 – 12.15 Uhr oder 13.00-16.15 Uhr.
  • Am ersten Unterrichtstag empfehlen wir, früher zu kommen, da sehr viele Studenten an diesem Tag die Bücher kaufen wollen, die Kursgebühren, den Rest der Zimmermiete und eine Miete im Voraus zahlen müssen und es deshalb zu Wartezeiten kommt.
  • Bitte regelmäßig zum Unterricht kommen und uns informieren, wenn Du länger krank bist. Wer mehr als 50% unentschuldigt fehlt, erhält von uns keine Anwesenheitsbescheinigung.

Wifi:

  • Kostenloser WiFi-Zugang in unserem Institut (Hauptgebäude) und in unseren Apartments. Wenn du gerne Filme oder Fernsehen schaust, kaufe bitte einen eigenen Internet-Stick, um einen Ausfall des gesamten Netzwerks zu verhindern.
  • Es gibt mehrere Stellen in Heidelberg, an denen du auf das kostenlose WLAN „Heidelberg4you“ zugreifen kannst: Weitere Informationen unter:  www.heidelberg.de

Auszug:

  • Wer Ende des Kurses ausziehen möchte, muss uns innerhalb der ersten Kurswoche informieren!
  • Abreise ist Samstag nach Kursende zwischen 10 Uhr und 16 Uhr. Wer außerhalb dieser Zeiten abreisen möchte, muss das vorher mit dem Sekretariat absprechen.
  • Bitte den Auszug rechtzeitig planen! Wir müssen den genauen Abreisetag und die genaue Uhrzeit (z.B., Samstag, den XX.XX, mit dem Bus um XX Uhr nach Frankfurt) spätestens am Anfang der zweiten Unterrichtswoche wissen.
  • Studenten, die am Ende eines Kurses ausziehen werden, müssen sich im Büro melden und dort den Abreisetermin angeben, damit wir die Auszüge vorbereiten können. Dann am Anfang der letzten Unterrichtswoche wieder ins Büro kommen, um den genauen Abholtermin und –zeit zu erfahren.

Für den Auszug:

  • Zimmer gründlich sauber machen, Staub wischen – auch unter dem Bett
  • Mülleimer leeren
  • Sämtliche persönliche Sachen aus dem Bad, der Küche (auch Essen!) und dem Zimmer entfernen
  • Die komplette Bettwäsche (wenn von uns) in die Tüte packen (Kopfkissen Decke, Bezüge).
  • Bitte beachten, dass für den Auszug erfahrungsgemäß wenig Zeit ist, daher sicherstellen, dass zum Auszugstermin alles fertig ist!

Wir bringen die Studenten dann zum Bus- oder Hauptbahnhof und haben dann sowohl eine Bescheinigung über den Kurs als auch die Zimmerkaution dabei.

Accommodation:

  • Living together with other students means: Respect each other!
    • No loud music, parties or using the washing machine/dryer after 22.00 o'clock!
    • Respect quiet times (10pm-8am and 1pm-3pm)
  • No smoking in the rooms and/or apartment - any violation of this rule means that the student has to leave the room
  • Please deal carefully with the inventory in the rooms and the apartment.
  • Please obey the cleaning roster:
    • You are responsible for the cleaning of your room.
    • Attached to the door of your room will be a cleaning plan which defines a special duty for every week: The cleaning of the kitchen, the common rooms, the toilets/showers or the disposal of the garbage + paper + glass (pay attention to the waste separation!)
    • Once a week, one of our co-workers will check if you have fulfilled your duties: If everything is fine, the student will get an ü, if not an X.
    • For every X on your cleaning plan, we will subtract 10 € from your deposit. For 4 and up, the student will have to leave the room until the end of the month.
  • Remember that you are also cleaning for your well-being and your health.
  • Our rooms and apartments are destined for participants of our German intensive courses only. If you don’t attend a course, you will have to leave the room.
  • If you have an overnight guest, you need to inform us beforehand. Any guests are not allowed to stay longer than two nights!
  • The rent has to be paid one month in advance! If you haven’t paid the rent until the end of the first course week, you will have to leave your room at the end of the month!
  • If there are any problems, please contact the office: We can only help you, if we know that there is a problem.

 

Public transport:

  • Our school can be reached with the tram 26, the bus nr. 31 the OEG nr. 5. The stop is called “Brückenstraße”, the Schröderstraße is just a few meters from there and then you only need to find the Number 22a (on the right side).
  • You can buy a monthly ticket for 86,40 € either at the vending machines at most of the stations or at the “Bismarckplatz” (approx. 10 min walking distance from the school): there is a kiosk with the label „RNV“. With this monthly ticket you can use all trams and busses in the Heidelberg area for the complete month.

  • Please note: If you enter a tram without a ticket, you will have to pay – if controlled – 60 € as a punishment.
  • There are night busses (Moonliner Nr. 1) that part regularly from the Bismarckplatz between 0.00 and 4.00 o’clock, always on Friday and Saturday nights and before public holidays.
  • If your course takes place in our building “Brückenstraße 37”: Please do not leave your bicycle in the passage way or the yard! Bikes which that are left there, will be removed by the janitor and only returned upon a payment of 20 €.
  • You may leave your bike in the yard of our main building or in public space.

Classes:

  • The courses run from Monday to Friday from 8.50 – 12.15 o'clock or 13.00 - 16.15 o'clock.
  • On the first day we do recommend to come early sincemany new students are starting the courses,want to buy the books, pay the course fees and also the rest of the room rent.
  • Please attend your course on a regular basis and inform us if you are ill for a longer period. If you are absent without excuse for more than 50% of course, we will not provide you with a certificate of attendance.

Wifi:

  • You may use the free Wifi-access at our institute (main building) and in our apartments. If you like to watch films or TV, please buy your own Internet stick to prevent a breakdown of the whole network.
  • There are several spots in Heidelberg where you can access the free Wifi “Heidelberg4you”: You will find more information on: www.heidelberg.de

Move out:

  • Departure is always Saturday after the end of the course between 10.00 and 16.00 o’clock.
    If you want to leave outside of these times you need to find an arrangement with the office before booking.
  • Please organize the departure and your travel in time! We need to know the exact day and time (e.g. Saturday at 3.15 pm), in order to organize the rooms for the following month the latest at the beginning of the second week. Then at the beginning of the last week of the course you are asked to come again to the office to learn the exact time of your departure and move out.

When you move out:

  • You need to clean your room well – take care to look under the bed as well...
  • Disposal of garbage
  • Remove all personal items from bathroom, kitchen (food!!) and room
  • The bedding set (if rented from us) you do not have to wash – just put it back into the bag
  • Don’t forget to fulfill your duty from the cleaning plan before you leave. If not, we will keep 10 € from your deposit.
  • Please note that there is only little time on the day of departure, so please pay attention that everything is finished when we come to pick you up! We will keep 20 € from the deposit, if you are not ready at the fixed time.


We will bring the students to the bus or main station and will also have a certificate of attendance for the course as well as the deposit.

Alojamiento:

  • Las viviendas compartidas significan: respetar a los demás.
    • Respeta los horarios de tranquilidad establecidos en Alemania: de 22 a 8 horas y de 13 a 15 horas.
    • Después de las 22 hs no escuches música a mucho volúmen, ni hagas reuniones/fiestas
    • No uses la lavadora o secarropas durante la noche
  • No fumes ni en el piso ni en tu habitación.
  • Cuida los utensilios y énseres del piso.

  • Plan de Limpieza:

  • Debes mantener tu habitación limpia
    • En tu puerta encuentras un plan de limpieza, el cual te asigna cada semana una tarea específica en los espacios comunes: Limpiar la cocina, el baño, o sacar la basura (respetando la separación de tipos de basura: biodegradables, plásticos/metales, papel, vidrios)
    • Una vez por semana controlamos si has cumplido con tu tarea. Si todo esta bien, recibirás un ü, de lo contrario una X.
    • Por cada X se te restarán a tu partida 10 € del depósito. A partir de 4 deberás dejar tu habitación hasta finales del mes.
  • Recuerda que no limpias para nosotros sino para tu salud y bienestar.
  • Nuestras habitaciones son sólo para participantes de nuestros cursos intensivos de alemán. Si no visitas más el curso, debes dejar la habitación.
  • Infórmanos si tienes visitas con pernoctación. Sólo estan permitidas visitas de hasta 2 noches.
  • Debes pagar el alquiler siempre con 1 mes de anterioridad. Si no lo haces hasta la primer semana de curso, deberás dejar la habitación a fines de ese mes.
  • Si hay problemas en el piso o algo no funciona infórmanos por favor en la oficina. Sólo podemos ayudar si estamos informados.

Transportes:

  • Llegas a nuestra escuela y al centro de la ciudad con el tranvía n° 23 tomándolo en la estación “Ortenauer Strasse” o “Freiburger Str.” (depende del piso en donde vives). La parada más cercana al instituto se llama “Brückenstraße” (Es la primer parada después de cruzar el río Neckar). A pocos metros encuentras la calle “Schröderstraße”, busca el número 22ª (a unos 150 metros de la Brückenstraße).
  • Recomendamos comprar una tarjeta mensual de transportes por aprox. 86,40 € en las máquinas boleteras de las paradas o en Bismarkplatz (unos 10 minutos caminando desde la escuela). Allí hay un Kiosco dónde dice: “RNV”. Con esta tarjeta se puede viajar en Heidelberg con todos los tranvías y autobuses durante todo el mes en forma ilimitada. Un boleto individual cuesta 3,00 €. Recuerda: la multa por viajar sin boleto es de 60,00 €.
  • Los tranvías y autobúses funcionan aprox. hasta las 24 hs. Los viernes, sábados y feriados hay un autobús (Moonliner Nr. 1) que sale a cada hora entre la medianoche y 4 de la mañana de Bismarkplatz (Centro) y pasa por las paradas “Ortenauer Strasse y Freiburger Strasse”
  • Si deseas comprar o alquilar una bicicleta:
  • Si tienes clases en el edificio de Brückenstraße 37: allí no puedes dejar tu bicicleta. Si la dejas allí se la llevarán y la recobrarás abonando 20 €. Déjala en el patio de nuestro edificio principal o en la vereda.

  • Los cursos de alemán:

    • Las clases son de lunes a viernes de 8.50 a 12.15 hs o de 13 a 16.15 hs
    • El primer día aconsejamos llegar un poco antes a la escuela ya que habrán muchos estudiantes que ese día desearán comprar libros, pagar la cuota y/o resto del alquiler y tendrás que esperar.
    • Asiste regularmente a tus clases e infórmanos si estás enfermo y no puedes venir por varios días. Quién falta más del 50 % de las clases no recibirá el certificado de asistencia.

    Internet:

    • Tanto en el edificio principal del Pädagogium como en todos nuestros piso puedes usar WiFi gratis pero si deseas ver películas o TV debes comprarte un Modem-USB ya que las líneas en Heidelberg son muy lentas.
    • En el centro de la ciudad también está la red gratuita: „Heidelberg4you“. Encuentras más informaciones en: www.heidelberg.de

    Mudanza:

    • Debes dejar la habitación el sábado posterior al final del curso entre las 10 y 16 hs. (en otro horario o día no ofrecemos transporte hasta la estación)
    • Si deseas dejar la habitación fuera de este día y horario, deberás acordarlo en nuestras oficinas. En este caso deberás adaptarte a nuestro horario de disponibilidad.
    • Organiza tu mudanza con tiempo! - A más tardar a principios de la segunda semana de curso del mes a abandonar la habitación, debes informarnos en la oficina el día y horario de salida del autobús o tren que tomes. En la última semana de curso acércate por favor a la oficina para informarte del horario exácto en que te recogeremos.

    Antes de dejar la habitación:

    • Limpia la habitación minuciosamente (con la aspiradora y también por debajo de la cama), repasa los muebles, estantes y cajones. Vacía la papelera.
    • Fíjate si has cumplido con tu tarea semanal. Lo volveremos a controlar el día de tu salida.
    • Limpia y deja vacíos tus compartimientos en la cocina y refrigerador/nevera: Regala personalmente a alguien o tira directamente a la basura restos de comida, bebidas o artículos de tocador. Nadie usará nada que deje alguien desconocido!
    • Junto con la llave debes entregar también la ropa de cama (en caso de haberla solicitado). Saca las fundas y colócalas junto con la colcha y almohada en la bolsa corresponiente.
    • Sé puntual! Ten en cuenta que habrá poco tiempo para la entrega de llaves y llevarte a la estación de autobuses o trenes asi que debes tener todo preparado al momento de ir a recogerte. Recibirás un certificado de asistencia al curso y el depósito.
